How I Make Sure My Content Matches My Client's Brand Voice

Let’s talk about creating content for Pinterest marketing so you can automate your marketing strategy and do more while also doing less. Cuz that’s the vibe over here.

When making Pinterest content you want to make sure they are on brand. That they represent your business and that they’re recognizable for your current and potential audience.

When I work with a client I make sure I not only have their basic brand colors and fonts to use on Pins. I also want all their visual branding, logos, gifs, graphics, you name it I want it! That is because I will use all of it when creating branded templates and pinning.

I also want to know their brand strategy, what makes their brand unique, what phrases and taglines represent their brand, and what their mission is. This helps me write blog posts that represent their unique voice and the message they want to convey.

It builds their brand authority and they are recognized across multiple platforms with their content.

I also go to their social media and grab any reels or TikTok they have there that connect to their blog content or portfolio because this content is often made by my client and is always on brand. I reoptimize it for Pinterest if necessary, adding the relevant titles and descriptions with keywords and the correct link. This gets scheduled out like regular pins. And it almost always performs well! Video is after all very popular, even on Pinterest.

Using all the information I have I make custom pin templates for a faster content creation workflow, I make copy templates so I can plug and play descriptions and keywords. This ensures that the Pinterest content is aligned with my client's brand and reaches their ideal audience.
